Philip Gibilisco is American Concrete Institute (ACI) certified. He worked as a Construction Technician – III with the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads in July 1987. As a Construction Technician, he headed inspection duties for road and bridge construction and Land Surveying, including the construction of tallest bridge in Nebraska
