Phillip Gibilisco Holds An Associate Degree In Civil Engineering

Phillip Gibilisco earned the Associate Degree in Civil Engineering (1985- 1990) from Metropolitan Technical Community College in Omaha, NE. He has thorough knowledge and years of experience in different types of construction as well as home remodelling. Besides, he also has a vast experience in road and bridge construction inspection, and blueprint (plan) reading. Phillip has the knowledge of surveying and maintaining records for payments to be made to the contractors for the job done.

As a Delivery Driver with Jimmy Johns since April 2012, Phillip Gibilisco has been providing prompt delivery of high quality food products to the customers at their residence or place of business. He is also a Landlord and Property Manager at Chicago Street Apartments, whereby, he takes care of apartment renovations, maintenance and management duties including plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpet, drywall and construction of apartments. He is also responsible for maintaining records of payments, and completes and files eviction proceedings and service for tenants. Apart from this, Phillip takes residential and commercial remodelling projects for customers who own a property.

Phillip Gibilisco worked as a construction Technician – III with Nebraska Department of Roads from July 1987 to January 2004. He headed various Inspection duties for road and bridge construction and Land Surveying. He performed inspections during the construction of the tallest bridge in Nebraska along with twelve other bridge construction projects. While working with the Nebraska department of Roads, Phillip had the responsibility of measuring and recording all aspects and phases of construction and preparing contractor bi-weekly items for payment. The pay items for road construction included Paving, Grading and Trimming Operations, Bridge, box culvert and pipe, electrical, signing and pavement marking, traffic control, seeding and erosion control.

Phillip Gibilisco
worked as a Machinist with DaCa Products, from January 1983 to November 1984. He machined different parts including metal lathe, drill and punch presses, metal polishers and wood sanders, staining, paint and lacquer finishing, grinders, micrometers and tape measures, tap and dye equipment, for remote control airplanes. Phillip is highly popular for his work ethics and quick, efficient and quality oriented customer service.
