A vital prerequisite for being a successful property manager is the extent of local area knowledge of rentals & prevailing property bylaws.  The successful property managers listen to their clients more than they express themselves. You need to have the ability to solve problems. It is important that you identify the problems before they arise and find proper solutions. Although this job offers normal timing, you may have to work extra hours based on the clients’ need. Therefore, flexibility is important to succeed in this job.
